Rockstar Games’ second Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer is a hit, now the second most-viewed video on their YouTube. Launched on May 6, soon after they said the game’s coming in 2026, it quickly got 123.2 million views. It beat the first GTA 5 trailer, which took 13 years to get to 123 million views.
And that’s just on YouTube. Across all social media, the trailer’s been huge. In just a day, it got 475 million views, which Rockstar called a record.
This shows how much players want GTA 6. Right now, the only video with more views is the first GTA 6 trailer, which has over 263 million views. So, it has about 140 million views to go to catch up – lots of time for fans to get even more excited before it comes out.
The game’s set to launch on May 26, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The wait is on for one of the most hyped games in years.
